SUMMARY:BEGINNER - Adult Summer Intensive 2026
DESCRIPTION:This level is for adult dancers (18+) who are relatively new to ballet – with around two years of experience and training at least once a week – as well as those returning to ballet as adults\, or anyone with a small amount of experience who wishes to build their training properly from the ground up. \nAt this level\, we lay the foundations with care and intention. You will learn how to stand with correctness\, move with clarity\, and coordinate your whole body with purpose. We build the strength and awareness that support confident\, healthy movement\, step by step. The focus is on precision\, understanding\, and steady\, safe progress – so you can develop in a way that truly lasts.
